Hi Commit,
I have created serveral tools and stand-alone extenstions for CommitCRM. Fx: 1. Webpage, Customer can upload files directly to a specific ticket with notification. 2. Webpage, with live status of Ticket. 3. Tool, Mail attachment extracter. Extract attachment and place it under doc folder for account/ticket. 4. Tool, Extreme easy invoicer for CommitCRM, with a great report module. 5. Tool, Ticket copier with charges and documents 6. Tool, Rule Checking the CommitCRM database, fx. for duplicates, for spaces in phone no etc. 7. Tool, Ticket Lookup, Mark anywhere a 0500-xxxx number, press hot key, CommitCRM shows that ticket. 8. Tool. Automatic PC Inventory to CommitCRM create/update assets. 9. Tool/Webpage, Overview. Shows all kind of details. Very useful for a public display. This is just some of the tools and extentions. I guess that this could be very useful for a lot of CommitCRM users. I have spend a lot of time in this so it will not be free. How would CommitCRM prefer that I handle this, selling these options for your product. Best regards. |

Hi,
One of my add-ons is extremely usefull, called Auto Attachment Archiver It features: - Every incoming email is being checked for attachments. - Attachments is being saved under the tickets document folder. - It can ignore specific attachments, as signatures, banners, etc. This way, you have all the documents you sent or receive for a specific ticket archived under that specific ticket. Right at your hands. Page me, if you are interrested. |

His pricing is in DKR - seemed like fairly reasonable pricing to me? |

Of course I did the conversion. $80-$150 for an add-on just seems a bit much. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I just thought I'd save others who might be curious a bit of time, but I guess I should have included the USD prices so people can come to their own conclusions.

I have two point of views in this post.
First, I want to point out that I have developed a small range of actually very usefull tools for CommitCRM. I guess that in general its not easy to find add-ons for CommitCRM? Secondly, if anyone have a really great idea for an add-on for CommitCRM, then maybe I could be of help developing it. Peace. |
