Hi Guys
Can you please advise how we go about generating a report that shows all tickets that have been open for longer than 7 days. I feel what we are looking for is an option for "Is Not" the last 7 days in the report filter, however, this doesn't appear to exist. All of the other options, other than "Is", require a specific date to be entered, which will not work when scheduling the report. Cheers |

Thank you for asking.
While generating the report, you should be able to apply the filter for the Ticket Open Date with the condition 'Less than..." <specific date> and by Ticket Type, though Scheduled Reports use predefined filtering criteria that does not support such an option. We may be able to create a custom criteria for you that will be used for scheduling Tickets report. Please email us the exact details/filter you are after and we will check whether this can be added for Scheduled Reports. |
