Free text search in KB is not as powerful as in Ticket text searches.

I have gotten several late paying clients under cash flow to pay for major purchases with a credit card. At least you have access to the funds.

Being able to customize the dashboard by user will be real helpful.

We get the same message doing almost any function (have not seen it with KB by they way). Happens about 2-3 times per month per pc. No pattern that we have seen.
