Hello, my CommitCRM client has stopped working. I'm not sure what to do. I've tried it from a few computers including the "server". Please help. I double click the icon, click run, and it never opens.

I have looked everywhere and i cannot find where to change this...when i ticket is generated or closed it sends an email, and the from name appears as "Support". Where can I edit this?

Can you tell me what exactly has it keep sending the emails over and over? I don't want people to get hundreds of emails from me again, and it's going to be a while before i can delete the thousands.
