Especially sync of assets between Commit & RMM (we use SolarWinds RMM)
The asset management is really clumsy, time consuming & unfortunately inaccurate because of reliance on humans.

our guys use the client and never really took the web client so we scrapped all development.

lpopejoy - What basic integration do you have. We are with SolarWinds MSP & paying through our noses. Would like to see how much automation we can achieve before making a change.

Our Interlink just died R.I.P. (Licence expired & tried to connect to renew). We were using it purely for the wallboard & surveys so now we have to find a new survey tool - any new suggestions...
