Is there a process for printing out a quote with the audit trail or something for a quote that was accepted via the web portal?
I believe the customer can print out a pdf that may show that... but...

I set the report paper type in options for LETTER 8.5X11.
But whenever I print a quote... it wants to print in A4.

Nevermind. Just found it.
Right click the field heading above the sales tax field.

I did a quick search about this in the forum but didn't see anything.
When entering phone numbers into contact fields... Can the software "normalize" the number entered?

Is there any way to view or check webusers who are logged into the webservice?
I know there is a log to view after the fact, I'd like to be able to see at a glance who may be in their account.
