we have the system set up to send an automatic reply when clients send in and email based ticket request. A small number of these come from automated systems that do not actually have valid emails...

I know I've mentioned this before but I can't find that posting...

The email that is generated to tell employees that a ticket has been updated is (most of the time) useless because it does not tell...

We have found the lack of incrementing the second part of the code (the number after the decimal) to be annoying as well. That said, it's not that difficult for us to look up the last number and...

I'm guessing Commit does not use the system like your clients do (that would be us!). With just a few charges, emails, audit records and history notes (btw, history notes default to expanded, not...

Nice one Mike!

Have you looked at the report: Monthly Hours Summary by Employee? That's what we use for this info.

I know folks have been asking about Xero support for some time...

>> you can open the window in full by clicking Show and then the Go Advanced button...

thanks, good to know... but why do we need to "go advanced" to resize a window. Seems like something we should...

with the amount of data that is getting stuffed into history notes using the continuum connector, we are finding a huge need to be able to resize (expand!) a history note window so we can see/read...

Running through the setup doesn't tell us much (it lets us select a few variables but not everything in the "Generate Report" window). Given that we can't generate the reports until we purchase the...

We have very few things that are "standard" or the same from one job to the next. You could easily do this with Items though (set up an item for every "code" you created) -- this is kind of how it's...

How about this... call it "Project" (type). :-)

On this though, we MUST be able to modify the default billable/non-billable status for ALL items types (time, materials and expense) -- as has been...

I've tried doing negative markups/discounts to back out charges (for returns) and that completely breaks the accounting module. Good to know we at least can enter a negative charge......

Most folks would say "linking" instead of "pointing".

My question is why can we only point a ticket to an asset... we should be able to right click in the asset >> ticket tab and select "link...

Interesting, but that would make the tabs really wide and chew up real-estate... we are in the process of hiding tabs so that it simplifies the screen.

That said, this type of info should definitely...
