Ultimately if we could get a checkbox in the contact form that would make it a “site” then have it appear on the ticket screen as an additional drop down would be awesome n

Hello,

We really need the ability to have multiple inbound / outbound emails in ranger. Ideally the ability to have new tickets opened and flagged (support, finance, info) and whatnot and...

I remember before it was automate, and before CW owned it - there was integration. It was provided by Labtech but they dropped it right when CW took over.

We setup a 'Queue' user that all tickets are assigned and we set it's email address to be a group email that notifies all of our support team. We have been using it this way for years, and it works...

It worked for me, but i had to use the office removal tool and do a clean install. Not sure what Microsoft is doing with office, but things aren't working like they used to.

I have had customers offer to pay for the additional computers, and customers that haven't. For the moment, I am just allowing the additional devices until everything calms down to see where we are...

We setup 'Waiting on Customer' as a status that automatically sends an email, i just wish the ticket would auto close after 10 days.

We currently use remote desktop, i was referring to an actual internet based desktop client in lieu of having an overly complex remote desktop setup requiring additional cost and licensing.

I would like to see a true internet/ desktop client so we could run CommitCRM in the cloud on a remote server and still use the desktop functionality.

We would use this as well. I would still like to see the ability to add "secondary sites" for clients that have multiple sites, and also still be able to select a contact. Maybe even have a contact...
