Adding to this, we really need the ability to use the ticket# in an XML email to do automation with Zappier, client helpdesks, etc. Would be HUGE if we could reference actual ticket number in API/XML...

This doesn't help when working with external data (i.e. CSTAT). Really need a direct to ticket link option based on ticket#.

So... a user changes their password, and the O365 connector BREAKS without notifying, or alerting. It just stops working until that user reconnects their account from the CommitCRM Windows Client....

Create a single "charge" at $0 with an Item called "Commit-QB PO" or similar. Add your PO to that Charge description & have ticket numbers/

Otherwise we just include the PO# to every charge...
