Is there a built-in way to add a document to a customer by scanning?
The workflow I'd like is:
Add a new customer > create a new ticket > click docs tab > attach a document by scanning

I would LOVE if I could give a ticket a QR code! I could print the QR code on a sticker, stick it on the case, scan the QR code and either launch a mobile version of the web interface with ticket...
