We have 159,367 tickets, 8,000 assets running the SQL version and do have perodic speed issues.

Thanks 5c,
The CPU on the host seems fine only at 15- 20% usage, isn't VMQ enabled by default? we have not disabled and the network cards are not Broadcom so it shuold not really have this issue....
