In the main tickets window, be able right click for context menu for quick deletion or ticket status changes as opening the ticket and closing gets tedious when trying to organize multiple tickets.

Has anyone figured out how to print the To Do list for a Ticket? I have technicians that will prep a project away from a computer and the to do list is not easily accessible.

On the Quoting Module would be nice to have a a tab to see where your cost is vs profit made on product.

It would be nice to be able to have the option to hide line items in the quote when sending the final to the customer. I like to use the quote module as a build list of parts for a server proposal...
