Dispatcher feature

It really would be great if the dispatcher could send a meeting invitation instead of just booking an appointment directly in a users calendar. Then we would know if the tech has seen (and accepted)...

Reminders for renewals

Why not make an automated email, that is sent to the account 14-30 days before expiration, stating that the license is expiring and that it will be renewed unless they actively decides to cancel...
