Strangely enough, it is now syncing. I had just altered the account by removing the surname and saving, then running a sync but the contact that appeared in Outlook had the surname still attached....

I copied a secondary contact to a new primary account and deleted the secondary contact. Now, when I sync to Outlook, the new primary contact is not synced. Is there a way to fix this?

Update: I tried several things over the weekend but couldn't fix the issue. I created a new Win 10 Pro VM, I created a local user rather than joining to Azure AD, transferred the files as before....

Thanks, I backed up, made a copy of those folders and ran the utility. So far I have not seen the same error again but twice so far RangerMSP has closed without warning or an error and any unsaved...
