When I place a doc into CommitCRM I can choose a category. Is it possible to keep users from seeing certain categories? EX: I don't want a tech to see Admin or Sales docs.

Could you clarify what you mean by "the Webinterface works on a MAC"? Do you mean you have the service running on a MAC?

Thanks for the reply. Yes the service is on. I get alerts sent to me. I have my preferences set to notify me for every ticket. The Techs preferences are set to notify them if they are the Ticket...

Yes I checked to make sure that they are set to receive tickets they are the Manager of. Still nothing.

When I am opening tickets my Ticket Managers are not receiving an email. Is there a log that shows if Commit sent an email?

I agree. Right now we are adding those in internal notes but to be able to associate them directly with the asset would be very valuable.
