new office updates have come out but haven't resolved it on effected computers

We had the new sync tool duplicate our accounts 3 times this week

some 10,000 accounts which had to be deleted 1 by 1

so have had to stop using it until we can sort out why the mass duplicates keep...

Hi all, a heads up, latest Office 2016 updates stops CommitCRM from being able to email out

It crashes CommitCRM and doesn't send the email

5 computer here were on over the weekend and 5 weren't....

we have the same issue running on a 2012 server that displays low CPU and RAM usage

also running SQL, yes it listed is in the title bar

interested to know what the solution was as "not responding"...

a furhter to this, our commit log files dir is around 7 Gb so very hard to email that to Commit support

what clean up options do we have for log files?

i noticed most of the larges ones were RMM...

We migrated to Office 365 over the weekend

I configured the new Email Connector settings for both SMTP and POP

SMTP is fine and emails are sending out to the ticket mailbox

we invoice the RMM and MAV agent yearly for each customer - $88 a year per computer

and we pay GFI monthly which is good for cash flow

1) we send statements every monday without fail

our custom app that talks to QB does colour coded HTML statements via email

invoices not over due are green

Acronis for workstation and server imaging
i always add an extra hdd in any computer i supply
disk space is cheap and can save you time

In regards to activity templates.

After we apply an activity template to a ticket, and CommitCRM then syncs with outlook, we have the following issue;

how do i take multiple closed tickets for the same customer and push them all into quickbooks with the QB connector but into 1 invoice?

eg, i want to give a customer 1 invoice at the end...
