I'd love to be able to pop-up either the client's CommitCRM account details, or at least show their name/company on the screen when they dial.

Hi,
We've just started using SIPTAPI to call contacts using our VoIP system from CommitCRM - very neat!
Anyway, we spend 90% of our time in the ticket window, and unless I'm missing something...
