We wait until the customer asks about it and wants to upgrade. We do not actively promote it.

We sell online with moderate results. We use PayPal as our payment processor and e-Junkie as our shopping cart (it integrates well with PayPal).

I'm looking for a remote control tool that'll help us support one-off non-technical customers. It should be as easy as possible for them (nothing to install and configure) and they should be the ones...

We use CommitCRM with quickbooks in multi-user mode and it works fine. Knowing quickbooks, I believe this only has something to do with the initial set up.
