Ok, thank you for your advice.
I assume that upgrading to version 11 is not free?
Is it possible to upgrade just the SQL?
If so, will Commit version 6 work with SQL version 11?

By the way, CommitCRM works on windows 10 with the same database. Shouldn't that fail aswell then?

How do I find the version av the SQL?
It says ADS Revision 9.0.0.7 in the Advantage Config utility.

Well, it didn't help with what we wanted to do, but atleast we know the limitations now.
Could this be implemented as a future feature? Perhaps a checkbox to make the contract automatically suspended...

Got it fixed.
The problem was the users exchangemailbox had somehow been damaged when we moved from exchange 2007 to 2010.
We deleted his mailbox (after we exported it to a .pst first of course), and...

I fixed the report by using Itemtype Db field instead, and then changed the text in the Item type.
