Issue still unresolved
CommitCRM support seemed to believe it was an issue with HDD's on our server. We have confirmed that there are no issues with hard drives and there are no tother applications...

I would like to be able to configure the CommitCRM service to only send email alerts from tickets created from the web portal. I don't want all the internally created tickets to be emailed to me.

Agreed,

Keeping the thread in tact for email support would be much more effiecient than the current method of dropping every email into the docs folder

Ok that makes sense, one more thing. WE typically are looking at the dispatch calendar in the weekly view. when you do this the ticket panel is not displayed. Is there a way to change that?

The problem withthis is that we are then required to enter this information twice. Once in the resolution and history tab and then again in the charges field. Is this correct?

Hey There,

This is not a "fix" to your exact problem but in the meatime you could configure RCP over HTTP for your users to use a local copy of outlook. That should resolve it for the time being....

once charges have been added to an account, a quickbooks invoice generated and synced to Quickbooks, can the Quickbooks invioce be viewed, printed, emailed, etc., from within the CommitCRM...

Oh well, Thanks anyway. We can work around this until everyone's on the new software, it's just not as convienient as it could be. I sincerely appreciate the input.
