At our business we hotseat, throughout the day multiple different users may use the same machines under the same Windows user profile.

Following the above directions did point to one issue, ‘Default Filing Folder’ was pointed to local machine instead of server path.

Ack, I had never considered SQL, thought that was generally for busier offices. Been using it for 3 years and right around 3700 tickets. But if it's more stable, there's no question that I'll get it....

RESOLVED. Huzzah! Support staff were able to analyze the logs and pinpoint the issue; CommitServer service now operating normally and all email alerts to clients / employees working. Thanks guys!
