we use almost exactly the same method and Raymond minus the Status extensions.
I cannot seem to copy or move this filed to the General Tab. Has anyone done this? Do...

We are looking at setting up a customer loyalty program. I do not see an easy way to track or assign points and would be interested in any ideas or discussions.

We are using an MSP pricing system and have several flat rate service contracts. CommitCRM does not have an analog for this type of service.
Any recommendations?

Is there a way to import multiple tickets in to quickbooks at one time?
We close 10 to 20 day and doing them one at a time end of day is bit slow.
