I have install the dialing skype , but when pressing phone1 the windows default phone dialler pops out , what i am doing wrong

i never receive the following release like you stated in yout post the subcription expired before the release CommitCRM 6.0, i was con with the anual upgrade.

and that's after i purchased the so called " annual upgrade ", that's almost a year a go.

Surely you would expect that after i purchased Annual Upgrade Plan for 1-2 Active Employee Licenses of $189, that would be to upgrade my old license, plus any other version that would came out...
