We do a lot of mobile phone repairs and want to add a field when we create a new ticket as "IMEI". We have setup one of the custom fields on the "Details" tab for IMEI, but how can we get it to show...

We are getting an error on our 2 test machines running Windows 7 using CommitCRM. CommitCRM opens fine, and doesn't crash at all, but during use this message shows up many times:
