some of my employees are getting email alerts for all new and changed tickets in the system. How do I (as administrator) disable this?

My Dispatch/Calendar View shows ticket info only. I would like to also see just the account information. Is this possible?

I would like to hear how others using CommitCRM are migrating their customer ticket history into this product. I have 4000 customers that use my companies IT services and a ticket history (in Excel)...
