How do I change/edit/customise the INITIAL email sent to a Technician when a New Ticket is created by the Email Connector please?

I have found how to change the emails being sent to customer...

How do I find which Report/Form is being currently being used.

i.e. If want to edit the design of a Report/Form, how do I find out which form I'm in at this time.
