Hi,

I have just purchased the product after using it as a trial for few days. I was wondering how do i get the trial converted into a full product. I have recieved the key from the CommitCRM team....

I have all my customer in CommitCRM and now want then to be exported them all to Quickbooks. How can i do this? Help!!!

Hi,

Just purchased QB2010 and tried to link it to CommitCRM via CommitCRM > tools > options and QB.

Getting a error:

An error occured in QB
A permission problem occured.

Hi,

Is there a way to create a document folder for each customer automatically under commit\docs and when importing document from other sources they actually get imported into the customer folder...

Hi Dina,

I have tried all possible ways but its still not working using the command prompt. Is there another way like just double clicking on the file directly to run the service?

Hi Dina,

I tried with the " marks at the start and end of the path but still no luck. Its gives an error saying Windows can not find.....

The exact path is C:\Data\File...

Hi,

Every time i visit history tab, its show in rich view. Is there a way to have the "switch to list " as default when you go onto to any customers history tab?

Is there a way to delete a contract. I am just setting up the CommitCRM and have made a mistake and would like to get rid of the contract.
