After 17+ years of service there are many customers that I do not need or want there contact info in my Outlook. That said there are a few hundred that I need to keep up to date so disabling the sync...

I too am looking for a way to not sync inactive accounts with Outlook. Has a solution been found for this?

Is there a way to accept all incoming emails and not just verified emails as we had a client send in an email from an alternate email address and it just disappeared?

We are currently on a trial and loving CommitCRM CRM.
I would like to add that I think an automated CommitCRM - Exchange sync for all users whether logged in or not would be the biggest single...
