When using GFI asset device link manager, I get all the computers from ABC corp showing up as CommitCRM linked account for XYZ corp instead.
How is this choice made and how do I change it easily?

is there a way to have the required parts listed on the ticket so when a tech is dispatched he will see the list of parts on the work order/ ticket?

oddly enough that works!

I tried that and when I type ( nothing comes up When I type (780 1 company comes up out of hundreds when I type (780) nothing comes up at all.

When trying to search in accounts by keyword and using phone number as the criteria it provides no listing at all.
