Hello we have a couple of accounts that we made for our managed service alerts. Can we turn off auto ticket reply when a certain account receives a email ?

Any chance you could look at integration with Quickfile accounts package. Miles better then any other i have used, been a user of this for 11 years. This woudl complete my system.

Can CommitCRM be setup to notify us of missed tickets or aging tickets etc? We seem to be missing alsorts.
We get our voicemails to a ticket etc.

I enabled create ticket for unknown contacts i have had a bounce back and its created loads and loads of tickets. I need to mass delete them and stop it from happening again

We have just pushed our update to 15. Now IIS webserver is not working. I cant access the webinterface at all. I dont think IIS is working ?
