Thanks for a quick response.
However, I tested all the browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome) with same result.
this is the error I get in debug mode of Chrome:

The problem is not the button "switch to mobile view", it is there.
The problem is that the mobile page that loads, has not navigational function.
Example: If I am on a ticket view in mobile view...
