I have Ticket Priority set as a mandatory field, but it defaults to normal so the tech who enters the ticket can disregard it and all tickets end up as set to "Normal" priority.

I agree we would like to see calendar improvements as the #1 priority. We have been holding off on buying any upgrades to our CommitCRM version waiting for a calendar view to come out for the web...

We are reselling Dell and a few HP systems that we get through Infotech and making maybe $100 per machine at best. Sometimes we make so little off of a machine that we just tell the customer to buy...

Auto Task is a great product if you want something to do it all. It is very complicated though and pretty expensive.

Go To Assist Express is the best one. I have used LMI Rescue and use VNC SC. GTA Exp is cheaper than LMI and supports up to 8 sessions @ a time.

BDR solution from Zenith Infotech is great for Disaster recovery. It is scalable and very quick/easy to restore.

Carbonite works great but if you have DB's you will want to use Dr Backup.

Those 2 are great of automated off-site backup. Could use FreeNas with one on-site and 1 replicating off-site.
