I use GFIMax and use the connector. One customer has several sites. How can I get the autotickets to create a single ticket for all three sites?.

Hi Dina,
Resolved the issue, Site not correct. Fixed now getting more tickets than I can handle. Any way to combing tickets of a single PC to a single ticket for any type of time frame?
