The new capabilities of the online services will come in very handy. Please post an examples you have created to share with the rest of this. I am sure if they commonly used, CommitCRM will put it on their web page as examples as well.
I've already made quite a few but wanted to share a few related to N-Able's N-central system for those of you that use these. In order to use these, you must populate the ID field in the account window in CommitCRM from the Customer screen in N-Central. In addition, each device has an unique ID and that ID field will need to be populated in the asset record's "Field 1". I have changed that field label to show "Device ID" and the tooltip to show "N-Central's Device ID".
