reset outlook sync --

how do we get CommitCRM to reset (remove all) associated links with outlook contacts? we want to start from scratch with the sync process using CommitCRM as the master list.

Hi ray,

This should be quite simple - you just need to start using a new Outlook folder/s, which is/are totally empty.

In RangerMSP, go to Tools > Options > Outlook, and select the new folder/s for synchronizing your appointments, tasks and accounts.

Using the new (and empty) Outlook folders, will transfer all the records from RangerMSP into the Outlook folders. You can then go on synchronizing like before.
