View Full Version : Alert Contact when ticket changes are made

Throughout the course of working a ticket we typically have several updates to the charges section to document our progress. We currently have to email or call the customer to make them aware of work that has been done.

Is it possible for the Contact listed for an Account to receive alerts when changes are made to a ticket?

You may be happy to learn that this feature request has already been evaluated by us and we plan to include it in one of our coming releases :-)

Thanks for your quick response and yes, I am happy to hear this feature will be included soon. Can you give me a rough estimate of when that might be released?

The next version is in the final development stages and I believe that it will soon be released for beta. Stay tuned.
