Hi there,
Came across your product today, and looking forward to demo'in. System requirements don't mention 2008 or Exchange 2007. What is Commit's position to those servers? Supported? Thanks, D

Hi,

Yes, Exchange Server 2007 is definitely supported and many of our users are working with it. Windows Server 2008 should also work well for you, we know of users working successfully with it, we follow Microsoft standards etc., just keep in mind that an official support for it hasn't been announced yet (will be announced).

I hope this helps.

We are installed on server 2008 but when we login for the first time we get an 'error insert user' message and cannot access the client program.

Any ideas?

Ooops! NM - run the program as Administrator and this goes away. :)

Are there any gotcha's with using CommitCRM on a Windows 2008 Terminal server ? We are getting a couple of runtime errors with using this product on a 2008 terminal server, whereas on Windows 2003 Terminal Server it was flawless ??

Hi,

You shouldn't face any problems when working with 2008. Note that using Terminal Services requires using RangerMSP with the SQL Database (CSD). As it worked for you before I recommend that you make sure the CSD is installed properly and that all the clients use it.
