New item from new charge window

Is there a quick way to add a new item if it does not already exist….. So I don't have to open the Items window to create a new item while creating a Charge.

Yes, when using the pull-down items list in order to select an item, you can click the + sign in the pull-down menu, in order to add a new item. Another option is to right-click the item field (in the New Charge window), and select Add New Item…
