Charges total

Is there a quick way to view the total amount for the charges in the charges tab? We would like to be able at a glance to see the Total Charges for Ticket?

Yes, you can find out the sum of all charge totals by right-clicking the charge list > Table Options > Calculate formula on Column. Then select the "Total" column and the "Sum" function and click the calculate button.

That's good to know but is there a way for it to just be on the ticket somewhere like on the bottom of the charges in view.

The system doesn't have such an option such as yet.

I have marked this as a feature request, I think our users will benefit from such an idea.
