Hello Guys,

I was wondering if you have any plans to create your own invoice module? where we can create/track invoices directly from CommitCRM.

RangerMSP provides a full solution for managing your IT business, including billing, up to the invoicing stage. Accounting' Invoices should be performed using your Accounting system.

When it comes to billing customers, you can generate Charges reports in RangerMSP, which list all the works performed and parts used for the customer (this can be generated at the customer, service contract or service ticket levels. It can also be filtered for a specified date range etc.). You can then use these reports to bill your customers and maybe to attach them to invoices generated by your Accounting system (these can simply include a total as the details will be displayed in the report attached to the invoice).

You can also use the the advanced integration of RangerMSP with QuickBooks for invoicing, which allows you to automatically transfer your RangerMSP CRM charges into QuickBooks invoices and allows tracking charges by the linked invoice reference number withinRangerMSP. Integration with other accounting systems may also be utilized using RangerMSP API and an ODBC access to RangerMSP's database.
