You have a customer for which you are buying a pc, software and other parts.
This work will be done in several steps:
1. Spec and order the parts
2. When parts are all in, install and configure at the customer location.

Does this work best as two separate Tickets? Then you could schedule each ticket as needed.

Or create one ticket with two tasks?
Problem with two tasks is you cannot drag a task into the Dispatcher window.

What are others doing?

I just realized you can create a ticket from a task.

So a variation on a ticket with two tasks:
1. When ready to schedule task 1, create a new ticket and schedule it
2. When ready to schedule task 2, create a 2nd new ticket and schedule it

What are others doing?
