There have been no updates for 14 months now. Glad we paid for the annual subscription for updates... how about at least changing the photos to allow HEIC images since it is the default format from iPhones. Its already enough of a pain to attach images to a ticket or assets or clients. The least you could do is remove the step of having to convert images from iPhones before attaching them. There should be a roadmap published to give us an idea of what is being worked on and if we should keep renewing the subscription. We have been using CommitCRM since version 9 and this is the longest I remember going without any updates.

Thanks for posting this and for the suggestion; it would definitely be useful. Noted.
Indeed, despite many positive developments, it has been a while since the last release. We hope to share some updates with our community soon. Stay tuned!

I do have to agree with:
"...there should be a roadmap published to give us an idea of what is being worked on and if we should keep renewing the subscription" I would add- a roadmap with targeted dates. Radio silence and update on what is happening or being worked on really is not fair to the base.

We still can't upload HEIC images. We started storing those images in another service we are testing to replace RangerMSP. There have been no updates and no roadmap released. We are done guessing what might come out and when or even if at this point. It's now Q2, and there is still no news—not even a minor update like allowing HEIC files. Even this forum we are typing in hasn't changed at all since we started using CommitCRM over 10 years ago.

As already mentioned, feedback about this requirement has been noted. Thank you.

For what it is worth, we've just shared the anticipated update with more details about the evolution of RangerMSP. You can find it here .

Great that you mentioned this, the forum is about to completely change (upgrade) in a few weeks as part of an overall ongoing server migration.
