How can I add a link to the customer's URL and make it linkable, so I can easily go to their site?

In the Account window, under the Address tab, you can add the Account URL in the Web field. You can then click the Web field name (label – where it says "Web") and it will open a browser to this site.
You may also add additional web fields to a customize tab, and add fields to this tab. When adding the field (from Tools > Field Management menu), you can add a field of type Web Address field, and it will behave in the same manner (clicking the field name will open a browser to the web address). This type of field can also be added to the Ticket custom tabs.
