View Full Version : Quickbooks reports invalid certificate

CommitCRM 21.0.0.2
Quickbooks Enterprise 11.

Sync has been working fine until a week ago. No known change to either program in that time. Since then we are unable to get any sync working.

We have tried removing and relinking the app in QuickBooks, but it fails saying that the certificate is invalid. The way I understand it from the Commit docs, there is no certificate and it should just work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's hard to tell exactly what is causing this based on the information you provided, and we understand that it has been working well for a long time. Have you updated QuickBooks recently? or applied an update?
In any case, our engineers may need to analyze your log files in our lab, hopefully more is reported there. Please ZIP the content of the \Logs folder and share it with us over email (Support@).
