Update in real time?

Is it currently possible to update a blackberry or similiar device, in real time using the dispatch calendar?

There are currently two options for this:

1. Use RangerMSP Outlook Sync and have the dispatcher sync your calendar with Outlook. In case you use Exchange together with the sync-over-the-air (real time push) option the changes will be synced to/from your Blackberry andRangerMSP.

2. Use RangerMSP Alerts Server and subscribe to receive alerts for any changes made to your calendar. When a new appointment is scheduled for you or when an existing one is being updated you will automatically receive an email alert about this. You can also use the alerts server to receive alerts for many other different events (such as being assigned to a service ticket and more).
