Additional Password Fields

With the onslaught of 2FA, I'd like to see some fields added to the Password forms, such as:
PIN
Recovery email address/addresses
Recovery phone
Method of recovery
Other suggested fields

Besides, you may consider using the Notes field in the Password details to enter any additional information beyond the password value itself.

You can also create a list of predefined texts, used as a kind of template, as shown in the example below to have labels to be filled in the Notes field:

Isn't the notes field plain text and available for viewing?

Yes, the Notes field is a free text field and can be viewed by the user without typing the passphrase - however - such users need access to the password record to begin with. You can learn more about it here.
