View Full Version : Import of Assets - Warranty Expiration Date field

Hello,
When importing assets into an existing account, the Warranty Expiration Date was not populating in the general tab. I did make sure I had the format of the date correct for the warranty expiration date which is - mm/dd/yyyy. We are currently running version 25.0.0.1. The Vendor Warranty Expiration Date did show up on the asset preview tab, but I believe it should populate the Warranty Expiration field on the general tab as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting this.

It is not clear what exactly the problem is.

Was the Warranty Date imported?

Do you mean that the date is shown under the Asset Preview tab, however is NOT shown under the General tab?

The Warranty Expiration Date is located under the General tab and if there is a value there, it is also shown under the Preview tab.

The Vendor Warranty Expiration Date is located under the Details tab.

It will help if you can provide a screenshot/s so we will better understand what you refer to. Thanks!

Yes, the date is shown on the Asset Preview tab but NOT under the general tab.

Following our email conversation, the data was imported into the Vendor Warranty Expiration that is located under the Details tab:
