Is there an easy way for me to make a report with just the customer, ticket description and resolution/history, and then export it by email? i can only seem to print it.

Hi Leanne ,

when printing reports (such as Technician Service Form), you can print them into PDF files by selecting a PDF creator as the printer (you can use any PDF creator software product for this, there are many free products which provide this capability).

You can then use the PDF file as an attachment to the and email when needed. If you send the email from within RangerMSP, it will also be files in RangerMSP, together with the attached report.
