Failed sending email. Interface not supported

How do we fix this? This computer has CommitCRM and outlook installed locally.

When he tries to send something from CommitCRM, he gets this error.

We were having this issue as well, we had to completely uninstall office and reinstall.

This error comes from a broken Microsoft installation, reinstalling office installs the missing interface and usually resolves such issues. Give it a try.

It worked for me, but i had to use the office removal tool and do a clean install. Not sure what Microsoft is doing with office, but things aren't working like they used to.

Office install fixed it for us too. Weird..
