Works well just wish it synced more than just the calendar, tasks would be a nice addition.

What if your exchange server isnt Microsoft, can we still use it?

It works with the official Microsoft Office 365 service only and is based on their cloud APIs.

When you use the Outlook Sync feature you can already sync with all such services - whether the data is stored in a local PST file, local Exchange, hosted Exchange or Microsoft 365 - it all works.
This new plugin syncs solely with Microsoft 365 calendars directly (i.e. Outlook isn't required).
I doubt that a similar solution will be introduced any time soon with 3rd parties that offer hosted Exchange.
In any case, I'll have this request reviewed. Thanks for asking.

Does the Office 365 calendar sync work if MultiFactor Authentication is enabled on the Mailbox?

Yes, it works well!
Once users with Mutli-Factor Authentication in Office 365 approves RangerMSP to sync with 365 (once, using the app interface) - all would work well - i.e. 2FA for Office 365 will not be required again and the sync will keep working.
Hope this helps.
